This demo shows two causal graphs that were automatically extracted from two sets of 1000 and 5000 papers. Both sets come from the Open Access subset of PubMed, and were extracted to match a query focused on children nutrition, inflamation, and stunting.
Navigating the graph
Edge weights (and corresponding thickness) correspond to how many times a relation was observed across papers.
Clicking on an edge will show the snippets of text from different papers containing that relation.
Use a two-finger motion to zoom in (up) and out (down) of the graphs.
Nodes can be dragged.
